Wherever you post a MagicLink, you must clearly disclose that it is an affiliate link. A note posted in a clear, conspicuous place with your links that says something like, “FTC disclosure: This post or video contains affiliate links, which means I may receive a commission for purchases made through my links” usually suffices as a disclaimer.

MagicLinks recommends that you share with your audience that you use affiliate links and may earn income when users click on or purchase from links you provide as a service. Please familiarize yourself with the full FTC guidelines:

When posting links on YouTube videos, include the disclaimer in the description box with your links. For Instagram and Twitter, you can include the verbiage in your Twitter bio. On blog posts, add the disclaimer to the bottom of the blog post the links are in.
