Transaction Level Reporting

See every transaction behind your commission, line by line.

Transaction Level Reporting shows every transaction made through your MagicLinks, one line at a time: when it happened, which retailer it came from, how much the buyer spent, and what you earned.

What is Transaction Level Reporting?

Your dashboard has always shown your total sales and commission. Now, your performance dashboard breaks those totals down into the individual transactions behind them.

Note: Transaction Level Reporting includes transactions made on or after August 1, 2026.

For every transaction, you can see:

  • Transaction date and Click date

  • Retailer where the purchase happened

  • Transaction amount (what the buyer spent)

  • Commission (what you earned from the transaction)

  • Status of the commission

  • Platform and Device the click came from

  • The MagicLink that drove the sale

  • Buyer location (city, state, country)

Where to find it

  1. Log in to your MagicLinks dashboard.

  2. Click Performance in the left menu.

  3. Select Transactions.

You'll land on a list of your transactions for the selected date range.

Reading your transactions table

Each row in the table is one transaction made through your links.

Column

What it shows

Transaction Date

The date the buyer completed their transaction

Retailer

The store where the purchase was made

Transaction Amount

The total the buyer spent on the order

Commission

Your take-home commission for that transaction, after rev share

Status

Where that commission is in the payout process (see Transaction statuses below)

Open a transaction for the full story

Click the arrow (›) at the start of any row to expand it. You'll see the details behind that sale:

Detail

What it shows

Click Date

When the buyer clicked your link

Transaction Date

When the buyer completed the purchase

Platform

Where the click came from (for example, YouTube)

Device

The device the buyer used (for example, iPhone)

MagicLink

The exact link that drove the sale. Click the icon next to it to open the link.

Location

The buyer's city, state, and country

Tip: Comparing the click date and transaction date shows how long your audience takes to buy after clicking.

Filter, sort, and export

Filter Transactions

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow your list. You can combine filters to answer specific questions, like "Which YouTube sales from Walmart are still pending?"

  • Purchase date: Choose a start and end date.

  • Retailer: Show transactions from one or more retailers.

  • Status: Show Pending, Processing, Payable, or Paid transactions.

  • Platform: Show transactions by where the click came from.

  • Device: Show transactions by the buyer's device.

Sort Transactions

Click a column header to sort by Purchase Date, Retailer, Transaction Amount or Commission. Sorting by Commission, highest first, is the fastest way to spot your biggest wins.

Export Transactions

Click CSV to download your transactions as a spreadsheet. The export includes the filters you have applied, so you can pull exactly the data you need for your own tracking or reporting.

Transaction statuses

Every transaction has a status that shows where its commission is in the payout process.

Status

What it means

Pending

The retailer has reported the sale, but it is still within the retailer's confirmation window and may change due to returns or cancellations. Pending sales show an estimated payable date.

Processing

The sale has cleared the retailer's confirmation window and the commission is being finalized.

Payable

The commission is confirmed and will be included in your next payout.

Paid

The commission has been paid out to you.

How to use this data

Transaction Level Reporting helps you move from "how much did I earn?" to "what's actually working?" Here are a few ways to put it to work:

  • Find what drives buying behavior. Open your top transactions to see which MagicLinks led to the sale.

  • Compare clicks to transactions. Check the Platform and Device on your sales to see where your audience clicks versus where they actually buy.

  • Spot your consistent earners. Filter by Retailer or Platform to find the retailers and products that generate sales again and again.

Tip: Set the date range to last month, sort by Commission, and open your top five transactions. Look for patterns in platform, retailer, and the time between click and transaction.
